Chargebee’s Product Organization is powered by dynamic teams across the functions of Product Management, Research, Design, and Engineering. As the globally-diverse teams continuously strive to keep up with the market trends and deliver, the operational complexities here offer a great opportunity in managing these cross-functional Product Operations.
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to help lead a cross functional team in the implementation of the Product Roadmap, ensuring team efficiency and adapting changes to ensure quality delivery and timeliness.
Lead on agile and lean practices that enable the teams to collaborate and deliver value for customers and the business as efficiently and effectively as possible
Collect and report on key team metrics to stakeholders
Drive the teams to continuously improve based on what you learn from tracking team metrics
Work with key stakeholders and partner on decisions to improve processes that surround the product teams, so that delivery is as efficient and impactful as possible
Assist with internal communication, improving transparency by reporting team plans and progress to key stakeholders and the wider organization
Encourage and motivate the teams, enabling them to perform their roles effectively and remove impediments
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Proactively learn new techniques and know when to use them
Understand and manage culturally diverse groups across multiple geographies and time zones
Experience working with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers in a collaborative environment
A passion for using data to improve visibility and the flow of work
Strong leadership, enabling the team to perform at their best
Are very organized and disciplined in their approach to work
Enjoy complexity and solving difficult problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all technical levels
Experience with stakeholder management - including stakeholders from non-product disciplines (e.g. Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, etc)
A self-starter, comfortable working with remote teams
Experience working in or with large-scale organisations
Learns rapidly and loves to develop their skills
