The Product Owner, Subscription eCommerce role is essential to solving this mission.
What you will be doing:
Drive execution of the eCommerce product roadmap
Collaborate with scrum team to delivery roadmap
Be the customer advocate; including customer discovery, capturing insights and informing roadmap priorities
Collect and document requirements
Evaluate and solution bugs & customer feature requests
Work with cross functional stakeholders both up and downstream within Chargebee; execute on early adopter programs and prepare/train GTM teams for release
2+ years of product owner experience or relative experience
Strong technical acumen; passion for technology solutioning, api-first platform solutioning preferred
Digital commerce experience preferred
Experience solutioning in collaboration with design and engineering teams
Highly motivated to drive the execution of projects
Exceptional communicator and keen eye for managing expectations and cross functional alignment
