Chargebee is a series-F funded subscription management platform that’s making a difference in the fast-growing SaaS and subscriptions space. We are currently at the cusp of super hyper-growth and looking to add people to the marketing team that’s on the frontline to facilitate this growth.
You will be responsible for surfacing, creating, and promoting customer stories during the lifecycle of a Chargebee customer. You will aim to highlight Chargebee’s value proposition while keeping the spotlight on the customer and produce these stories in a manner that enables our marketing, and revenue organisations.You will spearhead our advocacy program and programatically build advocates and enable acts of advocacies in the form of case studies, third-party reviews, sales references, and speaking opportunities at events. This role will require you to work closely with our Sales, Analyst Relations, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams.
Building and managing a library of up-to-date customer case studies
Identifying key customers who can act as advocates through referrals, webinars and speaking opportunities, testimonials etc.
Maintaining a regular cadence with the user community by sharing stories of customers turning challenges into opportunities, experimenting newer business models, or growing against the tide in our Customer Spotlight series
Helping to include the customer POV in playbooks that can be leveraged by demand-gen, sales, and success teams
Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually build a larger base of customer advocates
Working with Field Marketing team to plan, and execute our quarterly customer user conferences
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of Marketing experience in the B2B space
Worked as a marketer with the mandate to build customer stories, delight customers, create advocates, run customer events, and drive growth objectives.
Excellent command over the language and a flair for copy writing when it comes to email communication, landing pages, and case studies
Proven experience in customer facing roles to bring out impactful stories about how they use and find value through products/services
Worked with, and managed stakeholders across cross-functional teams
