The role of the Partner Success Specialist is to maintain and enhance the benefits of being part of the Chargebee Ecosystem and our value proposition to our customers.
You possess outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You are expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
To ensure success, the Partner Success Agent will support the production process in content consumption and curation to bolster the efforts of the Partner Success Specialist. A Partner Success Specialist will understand the buyer’s decision-making processes with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient sales and marketing workforce. Top candidates will be innovative, strong decision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change.
Be excited to curate and generate original content with partners to maximize impact of branding awareness and marketing
Engage directly with partners to communicate on co-marketing activities and account management
Offers secondary-perspective to strategies and proactive Partner Success collateral
Curates and shares with the Partner Success Manager available partner-focused content both internal and external
Develops original written copy for the PSM to develop into rich media on these topics:
Partner specific capabilities when combined with Chargebee
New enhancements to Chargebee to share with our partners
Digestion of existing Chargebee collateral to be repurposed for partners
Performs and records partner-focused case studies with customer success and sales/pre-sales departments
Seek out and record integration demonstration videos with product managers
Reports to PSM daily for updates, content share, and brainstorming
Analyzes reporting to empower data-driven decisions based on partnership activities
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (essential)
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in training and development management (essential)
Certification or course completion in content curation best practices
Basic understanding of partnership/channel marketing best practices
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
Fantastic organizational and time management skills
Strategic and creative mindset
Veteran to advanced narrative writing skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, a huge plus
Demonstrated data driven execution
Proficient in Business English along with one other language (Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish, preferred)
