The CRO & Funnel Analytics Specialist will be part of the demand and pipeline marketing team and will be primarily focusing on full-funnel analytics and experiments to improve website conversion rates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Create reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of our funnel from lead to opportunity - escalate potential threats and problem areas to the right teams
Work closely with the channel teams on campaigns to improve the conversion rates via LPO, personalization, and other website-level activities
Create custom dashboards to track, observe, and improve the performance of specific landing pages - session-level and user-level
Set baselines for our squeeze pages and have constant experimentation to standardize/improve the conversion rates of the pages
Create an experimentation culture to focus on CRO problems that are not directly influenced by the channels and campaigns
Ideal candidate and the expertise that we expect:
3+ years of experience in the domain of CRO/funnel/analytics from a SaaS or a high-ARPU product company
Strong with reporting/funnel visualization and differentiating the insights from first-order metrics and business metrics
Familiar with the Google suite– Analytics, TagManager, DataStudio, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
Have a strong understanding of experimentation and heatmap platforms like VWO and Optimizely
Unrestricted, out-of-the-box reasoning with a curiosity towards the SaaS space, or any space for that matter, for marketing inspirations
