Own the customer journey within Hubspot, creating campaigns, email sequences, and workflows that support them from acquisition to retention
Set up and manage marketing automation through Hubspot.
Coordinate with marketing to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, with proper segmentation to maximize engagement
Advocate for the proper tool utilization and ROI of the tool.
First line of communication for support
Create extensive process and training documentation.
Communication and training of updates and new features
Monitor and troubleshoot current integrations.
Identification of new opportunities and functionality through optimization of the tool and associated processes.
Preferred 4+ years of experience in a similar role preferably working in the B2B SaaS / Product company
Passion for marketing automation with experience in working with Hubspot and/or other email marketing tools.
Deep curiosity, empathy, and drive to get tasks done in a collaborative team environment
Excellent project management, time management and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Self-starter, ambitious, data-driven, motivated marketer who wants to make a large contribution in a fast-paced business.
