As a Product Analyst you would be the right hand of the Director of Product Operations, and you will be partnering with stakeholders from different departments (product, finance, sales, IT, etc) to produce valuable insights: Are we executing on our strategy? Are there opportunities for growth or to deliver a superior customer experience? How good are we at what we do and where can we improve? If you are BI-minded and lean product enthusiast you’ll fit right in at Chargebee. Your mission will be to quickly bring accurate evidence to the table when important decisions need to be made at all levels of the organization, especially within Product Management.
What you would actually be doing:
Contribute in aggregating data from different systems in our organization within our Tableau instance
Organize and cleanse data, identifying data integrity issues and resolutions to the same
Utilize data to analyze product development investment and return attributed to customer segments, user personas, and product lines.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly internal reports and find visual ways to articulate critical insights
Partner with Product managers to help them understand where users find value
Onboard members of the organization to using existing reports or generating custom views based upon report templates and data snapshots you'd expose to them
Support the product leadership organization with data and insights for the Board of Directors
Identify trends that influence performance; both in terms of the customer impact and internal company performance
Collaborate with other departments in the organization (BI, Engineering, Customer Success, Solutions, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance) to improve data availability, integrity and collection
Advise on tools selection and best practices in processes for data collection and management to continuously improve our operations by automating tracking, gathering, correlating, analyzing and reporting.
Evangelise a data-centric culture and drive alignment between departments on relevant topics
Looking ahead, create models to illustrate the long-term effects of strategic decisions
3+ year experience as a product BI analyst or similar roles (can be in BI consulting, sales/marketing BI, etc)
Excellent English communication skills
Experience with BI visualization in Tableau
Handy with xls, SQL, Python, R
Experience configuring and querying tools like: Salesforce, Jira, GIT
Experience with web analytics and event tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Pendo etc
Expert on data visualization and a statistics-lover
It’s an absolute plus if you have a strong understanding of the Product Management processes and have worked in product before
An extra plus if you have an understanding of the different functions involved in governing, marketing, and selling software products (processes and practices)
Financial literacy and/or user behavior analyses are also pluses!
