We consider the LDR Manager role essential to solving this mission because as a LDR Manager, you will be leading and facilitating a team that fuels the inbound and outbound sales motion through efforts such as market research, lead generation, creating opportunity via chats etc. The team works in perfect synergy with the Sales and Marketing team. The team helps with the lead generation by identifying potential prospects (across geographies) for our product.

Your team has the crucial task of understanding and identifying the right ICP companies, personas, etc, using existing customer databases, and passing on the right/leads further down the sales funnel.

What you will be doing 

  • You will be handling a team of enthusiastic and a high achieving individuals who needs minimal to no supervision but a lot of trainings and learnings 
  • Work closely with the Team Leads to understand the training
  • Train other members of the LDR Team to identify, build, and create SQL,MQL
  • Monitor team activity on a daily and weekly basis with activities and enrichments
  • Ensure LDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring 1:1s
  • Plan for hiring and on-boarding new LDRs
  • Work closely with the marketing team and sales team in understanding the new campaigns and marketing strategies
  • Work closely with Sales and the Leadership team to assist with the opportunity management and qualification processes of the SQL/MQL
  • Work closely with Sales, Associate Director, as well as the Regional Sales Director/VP to identify key company accounts to develop
  • Coordinate weekly meetings with your team to go over enrichment, lead generation numbers to ensure each member is successful in their role
  • Assist/ coach team members on the lead qualification process, managing conversations with clients over chats, and develop ongoing training where needed
  • Ensure a seamless flow of communication within & across teams
  • Work as a part of Sales Leadership & contribute towards planning & building capacity towards monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience in stakeholder management within the sales, marketing, or customer service teams for a SaaS product - managerial experience is highly preferred

What you should have:

  • 4+ years of sales quota-carrying role and at least 2-3 years in a Managerial/Team Lead role
  • Experience with the SaaS domain and understanding of B2B software is preferred
  • Is your college degree in French foreign politics with a minor in interpretive dance but you’ve been selling and marketing products since you were 12? Perfect. We understand that your college degree isn’t the only thing that prepares you as a potential job candidate
