Chargebee is looking for a passionate Product Marketer interested in building out a world-class Enablement function. As an Enablement Marketer at Chargebee, you will focus on reducing deal cycle length and being the absolute expert on all deals won/lost during the sales process. You will be working closely with all the prospect/customer-facing teams and the Field Marketing function. You will help prospects/customers move through the various stages of Awareness in the shortest possible time frame.
Creating a sustainable long-term plan that involves continuous tracking of new features/use-cases enabled by the product and unpacking the same through revamping or creating new marketing assets
Managing custom asset-creation requests from Sales/Success to win key deals
Becoming the Deal Whisperer - the trusted consultant who can help GTM teams to unlock insights from previous deals and use the same to win on-hand ones.
Driving feedback from the sales floor to the leadership and influencing Marketing and Product tactics
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B space
Experience in leading Enablement/Product Marketing teams and working with stakeholders from the Sales/Success orgs
Experience in collaborating with external partners in building the final deliverables
Has tried to make Enablement beyond PDFs
Has data about impact created in current/previous stint through various Enablement initiatives
