Roles and Responsibility
Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems
Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports
Contribute to L&D department events & activities
Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
Monitoring Program effectiveness & how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
Communicating with new recruits for providing them necessary information before their onboarding
Organise New Employee orientation
Distribute and analyze New Employee Survey, coordinate efforts to enhance the onboarding process
Collaborate with IT, Admin, Compliance and Ops team for successful onboarding of new recruits
Pre Onboarding Outcomes for full time and contract employees
Share organizational information and context
Suggest and implement changes and improvements to the onboarding process
Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint & excel)
Phenomenal communication and presentation skills
Organizational and time management abilities
Critical thinking and decision making
