We consider the Senior Executive Administrator role essential to solving this mission because you’ll be directly supporting the CEO and CFO. This is an exciting role for a diligent, results-oriented problem-solver who is interested in a high level of responsibility and impact. This person will work with the CEO, CFO and executive team on reporting, planning, scheduling and organizing tasks to maintain focus on company goals and strategic priorities.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Proactively support the CEO and CFO in calendaring and task management
  • Coordinate complex schedules, appointments and events for a globally distributed team 
  • Plan international and domestic travel and logistics for the CEO and CFO as needed
  • Light project management as needed
  • Act as a liaison between all departments, outside partners (including investors) and customers on all matters pertaining to executive operations
  • Reliably prepare, edit, and maintain correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Organize meetings involving multiple senior executives
  • Plan, organize and coordinate functions for the CEO, CFO and other executive team members
  • Provide information for reports and records through research, data retrieval, and compiling statistics, as well as organizing and presenting the information in formats such as Google Sheets and Slides
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace products including Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets
  • Willingness to learn as you go and adapt as needed
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work under discretion if necessary
  • Outstanding people skills, with a desire to deliver excellent results


Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude, sense of humor and professional demeanor
  • 5+ years experience in administrative or assistant roles reporting to senior executives
  • 2+ years as an EA to a C-Suite Executive
  • Calendar management expertise
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to organize, plan and prioritize work
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - especially email
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operational issues
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B world will be an advantage
