We consider the Analyst role essential to solving this mission because as part of the Office of the CEO, you’ll be helping to enable critical cross-functional initiatives, support executive decision-making and drive internal operating processes. This role has broad exposure and the ability to impact all parts of the organization, working directly with Chargebee’s Chief of Staff and cross-functional leaders to facilitate strategic decisions and ensure quality execution.
What you will be doing:
Perform market research and competitive analysis
Gather, analyze, and interpret information including VC and industry analyst reports
Conduct analyses as needed to support strategic projects and help diagnose trends for Chargebee’s top metrics
Assist with future fundraising activities
Draft and prepare internal investment communications and presentations, including Board decks
Step in as needed to help drive complex, cross-functional projects and help make connections between teams and across functions
Adapt as priorities change with the ability to pivot between unrelated projects
Operate with the utmost discretion and professionalism
2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, high-performing company, or private equity fund
An aptitude for analytics and quantitative problem-solving skills
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to transition between detailed data and high-level insights
Ability to be self-motivated, highly collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable working independently on cross-functional projects
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel including advanced function
Ability to produce well-designed, professional-looking slide presentations
A high degree of professional presence including the ability to communicate clearly, own work output, and deliver on time and accurately
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to succinctly synthesize large amounts of information and/or data for executive consumption
