The role of an Enablement Specialist is essential to helping Chargebee achieve our mission by providing Post sales organizations the information, content, and tools that help the customer-facing teams close revenue effectively.

What you will be doing:

  • Increase attainment in individual performance by introducing new tactics and strategies through an assortment of live training, workshops, Q&A, e-learning courses, etc. 
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new hires on the AE and Partnership teams through live training, mock calls, evaluation maintenance, and executing business kits, etc. 
  • Drive rigorous process adoption among the team & suggest improvements on existing processes
  • Audit calls to ensure quality customer experience & accurate knowledge of the product, ability to assess reps’ performance and analyze trends across teams
  • Maintain a repository of enablement collaterals & tools
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functionally with teams such as product, marketing, etc. 
  • Develop & own various playbooks and coach the existing team and new joiners on process and tactics. 
  • Conduct one on ones with stakeholders to identify each rep’s key strengths and weaknesses and help them with areas they have to work on.

Must Have:

  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience; 2+ years of enablement experience; Experience in technical writing; Exceptional spoken & written communication skills; Strong bias for action and passion to help others succeed.

Good to Have:

  • Number oriented and quantitative/metric driven
