We consider the Project Manager / Lead - Strategic Initiatives role essential to supporting this mission because they will lead enterprise-wide strategic programs and to drive transformation through corporate growth opportunities.
What you will be doing
As the Project Manager / Lead - Strategic Initiatives, you will be immersed in strategy, operations, customer, product and revenue-related conversations. From day one, you will have an immediate opportunity to work with leaders on key programs on behalf of the office of Corporate Strategy and company as whole. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level projects, interdepartmental collaboration, and change management expertise. Manage programs through structured project and program management principles
Drive transparency and accountability in cross-functional initiatives through communication and collaboration
Assist the SVP of Corporate Strategy in communicating with the leaders and closing the loop on decisions and execution
Follow-through on the status of various initiatives and keep the SVP of Corporate Strategy informed on progress and make recommendations for effective program progress
Leading the operational cadence for the office of Corporate Strategy including monthly and quarterly leadership meetings and quarterly operations reviews and continuously optimizing them for effectiveness
Managing organizational change or transformation initiatives through clear change management principles
Create presentations and develop information packages in preparation of executive meetings
Drive execution of action items from Executive meetings for the office of Corporate Strategy
Deliver business analytics, insights, and guidance to support business decision making
What you should have
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in a Project Management capacity in consulting or corporate strategy office
A proven track record for planning, executing, and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Understanding of metrics and reporting
The ability to craft a story, communicate effectively, and leverage presentation skills to create compelling and visually appealing content
Demonstrated ownership and consistent delivery on commitments
Experience in identifying and resolving complex issues, assuming leadership roles in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances with a solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working in and with global teams
Qualification or training in systematic methods of program/project planning, change management and control like PMP, PRINCE II, Agile, Prosci, CSM
An academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Management or Marketing
Certifications in Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Mathematical Thinking will be a plus
