Revenue Enablement Onboarding Analyst - Remote

You will manage the lifecycle of a complete sales onboarding program, including coordination, organization, facilitation, and measurement. The right candidate will be able to step in and quickly learn our product portfolio and how to deliver the training content in a compelling and effective way.

What you will be doing:

  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for our product set, our industry, and delivering training frequently to classes of new sellers in multiple roles
  • Develop & design engaging e-learning courses 
  • Develop and maintain the library of sales onboarding presentations and content
  • Evaluate progress of new sellers, reacting and adjusting to meet learning needs within a fixed framework
  • Track and interpret key metrics as new sellers enter the field to identify successes and improvement areas


  • 1+ years of sales and/or sales enablement/training/teaching experience
  • English proficiency and great communication skills
  • Ability to develop fresh content from multiple sources to create purpose-built presentations
  • Ability to deliver engaging content virtually
  • Instructional design a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS technology
  • Instructional design
