We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Program Manager to work with Go To Market Teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Support, Success) and streamline communication processes. This person will be part of the Product team and act as a single point of contact for the Go To Market teams.
Work closely with Product Management and Customer Success to identify and spearhead initiatives to improve NPS and reduce customer churn
Work closely with Pre-Sales and Sales team and be the single point of contact in addressing queries related to RFEs and helped them close the deals
Work closely with the Product Management and Marketing team to prepare a plan and conduct marketing announcements to our customers
Work closely with Product Management and Customer Support lead to identify and resolve customer escalations and to improve overall CSAT
Work closely with Product Management to enhance the documentation to make it easily accessible for Go To Market teams
Prepare a feature training calendar and make sure all the features released are trained by Product Managers before it hits the market
Create, maintain and report high-level program/project reports, dashboards, and metrics
Conduct regular meetings/check-ins with functional heads of GTM teams to proactively identify and resolve any issues related to Product
Spearhead the need-of-the-hour special initiatives such as evaluation and adoption of tools that will bring-in efficiencies and/or improve the productivity, large scale feature implementations
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years’ experience in the software industry in roles relevant to project/ program management
Strong stakeholder management; Comfortable liaising with individual contributors and members of C suite.
Extensive experience working in a cross-functional environment across various teams
Strong leadership skills with the ability to execute and deliver successfully in situations where clear authority is not given.
Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and efficient in managing ambiguous situations
Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skill
Experience working with remote, global, and cross-functional teams and matrix organizations.
Master’s degree from Tier 1 B-school.
Prior experience in Consulting or Program Management
Understanding of SaaS business models and subscription businesses
Experience working with tools like JIRA and other project management tools to manage complex project schedules.
