Chargebee is looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated full-time Partner Marketing Manager to play a key role in our driven company’s mission to educate, engage, and support every business through best-in-class infrastructure. This experienced channel marketer will be focused on supporting our fast-paced global partnerships team and will be in charge of collaborating on the strategy and execution of full go-to-market plans with new and existing partners.
The Partner Marketing Manager should have experience in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns to achieve pipeline and revenue targets. You should be able to multitask, efficiently communicate and work cross-functionally within a partner’s organization and with Chargebee’s partnerships, sales, field marketing, communications, customer success, and other key functions. The ideal candidate is a creative, critical-thinker with a deep understanding and proven track record in planning and delivering marketing initiatives in collaboration with various partners including technology partners, channel resellers, managed service providers, and global systems integrators.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and execute full go-to-market plans in collaboration with strategic and top-tier partners on a regional and global scale - revised on a quarterly basis
Plan, execute and manage end-to-end marketing programs (campaigns, webinars, executive roundtables, trade shows, conferences) with and for partners
Create data-driven channel marketing plans focused on actionable and measurable initiatives that align with pipeline targets, quarterly budgets, and overall business goals
Measure and report on program and campaign performance through ongoing reporting and optimization recommendations
Develop tools and collateral to empower partner account managers to support new product launches, events, and other marketing programs
Develop strong relationships with partner account managers and internal teams to drive partner success and develop best-in-class marketing with our partners
Working with the marketing communications team, provide input to collateral development, web updates, and social media activities as relates to your programs.
Measure and report the results of channel marketing programs, promotions, and co-marketing activities with partners.
Identify and prioritize the best co-marketing opportunities with select partners that align with broader business objectives (quarterly and annually)
Build and maintain a schedule of partner-led initiatives, Chargebee-led activities and agreed sponsorships with partners
Represent partner marketing requirements while securing support from internal teams such as marketing ops, product marketing, event marketing, content, brand, revops, etc.
Manage the partner marketing budget, marketing vendors, and required resources to support the plan
Drive eﬀorts to increase external and internal awareness of OneLogin and partner success, collaborating with cross-functional marketing, enablement, and global OneLogin partner teams
Work with PR and corporate communications teams to secure timely coverage of partner activity
Develop joint solution messaging, positioning, and customer-facing collateral for top tier tech partners
Facilitate sales team readiness for partner campaigns and work closely with SDRs and sales reps on partner lead follow-up process and attribution tracking on all campaigns
5-7+ years of experience working in marketing, demand generation or channel marketing for a B2B software company
Understanding of SaaS and APIs; experience with billing or accounting/ ERP software is a plus
Deep technical literacy in integrated campaign tools and processes used to enable delivery at scale
Excellent program/project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong team collaboration skills: able to work cross-functionally and globally
Proven results-driven individual; ability to establish budget requirements and perform a cost-benefit analysis of tactics proposed to meet strategic objectives for the business
Strong attention to detail to tracking inputs and extracting output via large data sets
A great communicator, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing and working with reporting and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Tableau, Freshsales, Rollworks, Salesloft, etc.)
This role will involve traveling 25%
