Job Summary

Chargebee is looking for a passionate and energetic full-time Regional Marketing Manager in EMEA to play a key role in our driven marketing team’s mission to educate, engage, convert and retain new prospects and customers across the globe. The Marketing Manager will play an important role in localizing program and campaign initiatives within the region.

This person will collaborate with the larger global marketing team to help with campaign regionalization, project management, and tactical program execution.

The Regional Marketing Manager will be in charge of developing and implementing marketing strategies in EMEA that assist in the attainment of quarterly revenue targets within the region. This person will be working alongside the fast-paced cross-functional team in order to share actionable feedback and recommendations on programs and initiatives. And, be a critical partner to regional and functional leads within the organization.


  • Work closely with global marketing leads, regional sales, customer success, and partner managers to ensure regionalization of campaigns is being considered and executed 
  • Develop creative, customized programs to drive demand in key territories and strategic accounts, using a multi-channel, integrated marketing approach
  • Proactively identify any gaps in marketing campaigns and quarterly plans and step in to help regionalize and execute 
  • Work closely with demand, content, and brand teams to ensure regional messaging coverage across our communications channels, advertisements, and all campaign deliverables
  • Help regionalize sales and CS collateral that’s being created by the global team 
  • Work closely with events team to ensure attendance and participation in key industry events 
  • Help collect actionable feedback from sales teams in order to prioritize upcoming campaigns and initiatives 
  • Assist with end-to-end campaign execution from ideation to creation and delivery within the region 
  • Assist with regional distribution channel research - including targeted publications for PR 
  • Assist in strategy for developing and maintaining local customer case studies and testimonials 
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs utilizing marketing technology systems and tools

Must have

Strong organization and communications skills, project management

Good to have

Hubspot, other Martech, B2B Marketing, experience in financial technologies
