We hope you’ve got

People Management:

  • Setting expectations, developing skills and managing performance
  • Coach, train & mentor your team of Account Executives
  • Coordinate weekly meetings with your team to go over pipeline numbers to ensure each member is successful in their role
  • Assist/ coach team members on client calls and demos and develop ongoing training where needed
  • Develop a plan to manage & build business opportunities with your assigned accounts
  • Generate specific opportunities at each prospect account in response to customer requirements and unaddressed pain points
  • Articulate Chargebee’s' value proposition clearly and effectively while understanding the competitive landscape
  • Help your team of Account Executives lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Support teams
  • Live call coaching and participation in live meetings
  • Assist with time management and help team optimize weekly/daily cadence and structure as needed
  • Performance reviews and regular performance and career development conversations
  • Motivating team members
  • Team building events
  • Cultivating team culture, especially in the remote team setting

Strategy :

  • Constant and consistent analysis of strategic market opportunities
  • Participation in competitive initiatives and driving outcomes with the team
  • Facilitating communication and interaction with other internal teams/departments - bridge internally and externally
  • Risk mitigation altogether - the team, competitors, opportunities, culture. If there is something going wrong we need to understand the risk
  • Feedback to product and marketing, and other internal stakeholders, as needed

Operations :

  • Forecasting results accurately
  • Effective pipeline management
  • CRM hygiene
  • Effective MOR process, sales process and sales methodology
  • Removing roadblocks and challenges for all team members
  • Break ties as needed - team works to solve problems on their own but there if they cannot agree on a way to move forward
