Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work as a Revenue Operations Analyst across these key areas:

  • Identify critical issues impacting operations and strategy from metrics including productivity insights, lead-to-sales analysis, revenue analysis, and segment/account trends

  • Facilitate sharing of reports and data with sales, customer success, marketing, and other departments

  • Help the RevOrg team with data driven approach of forecasting

  • Evaluate RevOrg processes, programs, and systems to increase revenue, minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction

  • Support sales and customer success leaders and finance on pipeline and forecasting

  • Ensure the RevOrg team[s] has appropriate reporting, dashboards, and analytics with high-quality data

  • Oversee administration of the CRM and help drive adoption of multiple enterprise business tools

  • Work with functions across the org to frame questions and identify insights meaningful for the business

  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

  • Identify, analyze, interpret and communicate trends or patterns in complex data sets


Qualifications:

  • Strong technical experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), some programming is a plus ( R, Python or equivalent)

  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

  • Experience in Revenue Operations & Strategy in a organization (SaaS preferred)

  • Minimum of 1 years’ total work experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Ability to engage proactively/confidently with experienced leaders

  • Strong project management skills set, leading projects with cross-functional team members in sales/marketing/customer success/IT/finance/HR

  • Strong excel skills set to retrieve and analyze data from disparate sources

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously
