We hope you’ve got

  • Multiple years of “managing managers” and rich experience supporting multi-channel sales development/lead generation operations.  These include inbound, chat, and outbound motions.The global market experience is an advantage.

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

  • Experience in driving sales growth preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Passion for recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and building sales reps who are new to sales.

  • Ability to drive results through the effective process, productivity and data insights.  

  • Strong background in working with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership in defining strategic goals, metrics, and KPIs that drive results.

  • Expert level background with multiple outreach and technology tools for both inbound and Outbound motions.


On a typical day, you might

  • Coach, train & mentor your Managers and Sales Development team.

  • Hold weekly meetings to review performance, process improvements, and productivity metrics.

  • Develop fun incentives, competitions, and other activities to rally the team. 

  • Constantly assess the training and development needs of the overall team.

  • Develop strategies for revenue creation in targeted accounts.

  • Partner with talent acquisition team to hire best possible talent, with an eye on promoting sales development reps to the Account Executive team.

  • Uphold the core Chargebee values while building a culture of success.

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and revenue operations leaders to improve all aspects of the inbound and outbound sales motions.
