Lead, Customer Marketing – Growth

In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and tapping into opportunities within our

customer base that translates to growth.


You will work closely with our Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product teams to run

campaigns that deliver on outcomes related to customer adoption, retention, and growth across

Chargebee products and services while prioritizing customer experience.


On a typical day, you will:


  • Analyze customer data and craft customer-focussed campaigns and interventions with the right success metrics
  • Execute persuasive campaigns to create awareness for critical features and integrations that increase our adoption, create a more integrated revenue tech stack for our customers, and strengthen our moat.
  • Work with our Customer Success team to create and execute strategies for revenue expansion by generating upsell opportunities.
  • Identify channels and initiatives most suitable to drive outcomes for one or all of the above objectives

Ideally, you have:

  • 4+ years of Marketing experience in the B2B space
  • Worked as a marketer with the mandate to increase adoption, reduce churn, and/or participate in up-sell campaigns
  •  Excellent command over the language and a flair for copywriting when it comes to email
  • communication, and landing pages
  • A knack for analysing data, creating plans, trackers, and reports in spreadsheets.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles to bring out impactful stories about how they use and find value through products/services
  • A zeal to find the hidden truth and question why things are done in a certain way
